To Configure Default Storage Location in Delivery based on Material and Shipping point - it should be directly picked up.
Solution:
In VA01 (Create Sales Order), go to shipping tab - here you can maintain storage location field -> Now in delivery transaction, Storage location value will be populated.
Also Try OVL3 (Storage location determination) for automatic selection
